Our very precious fur baby Duchess absolutely loves it when Kerry (or Joy) come to mind her.  Duchess gets so excited when she sees them arrive, it’s a lovely thing to watch.

It is a great feeling knowing that Duchess is well looked after when we need to leave her. We are sent photos of her being spoilt whilst we are out which means we can relax and enjoy ourselves. The service is professional, punctual and kind. I thoroughly recommend Toto & Otis.

I would enthusiastically recommend Kerry to anyone with animals Fergus has been having walks and adventures with Kerry since she started her new career path. He is sooo excited to see her car and returns with a big grin. He is a delight but very strong at 39kg and occasionally stubborn and determined to meet and greet everyone, which keeps Kerry hyper vigilant. I trust her implicitly with his safety and care.

Highly recommend! Kerry walked, fed and cared for our staffy and two cats during our oveseas holiday. Pets were happy, healthy and very loved and we enjoyed regular photo updates. Reliable and trustworthy. We have booked Toto and Otis again. 😊
