Refund policy

We want you to love your Toto & Otis products, and we take pride in the quality of each item we offer. If something isn’t quite right or if you need a different size or style, please contact us so we can assist you.

To start a return, please email info@totoandotis.com.au 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns made within 30 days of the original shipping date will be fully refunded, minus shipping fees. Returns made after 31 days from the original shipping date will be eligible for store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will cover the purchase price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Please note that once we receive and inspect the returned item, processing the refund may take up to 48 hours.
